The language

In Morocco tourists are never lost ! As a matter of fact Moroccan people speaks Spanish in north of the land and English is spoken all over the country. Moreover French is spoken everywhere because Morocco is an old French colony. So during our travel it was very easy to have a chat in restaurants, hotels and souks. The whole was accompanied with a large smile, of course!
Don’t forget that the national language is Arabic. Obviously there are a few dialects but newspapers use the old Arabic and some French words like for example “café”, “azur” and “algèbre” come from this language. Our guide told us other words but unfortunately I’ve forgotten them.
